As always, fmcloud.fm supports the newly released version of FileMaker, but we will upgrade all servers only in a few weeks, when we get enough real-life experience.  
That said, you can request an upgrade immediately and contribute to this real-life experience, as well as benefit from the speed improvements brought by 19.5 (server side summary fields for instance).  
And remember: should you encounter any issue with 19.5, we're able to revert in a few seconds only.
