Wow, great job.
For us, we never asked for all this "AI". Nothing in 2026 useful for our apps, present or future. Possibly decades-late read-only fields would be useful but don't justify all the other new bugs...
Waiting for 2027 release ...

Lots of foundational stuff under the covers that needed to be in place and working for AI to get integrated in later this year.
One major leap currently exposed - after years of wallowing around - the patch tool is working!

I agree. "AI" is nowhere in my schema plans. I want the existing functions to continue working. I want some enhancements ot existing functions.
If I use SEND MAIL, I can control all aspects of the Email -- TEXT EMAIL. If I want to a graphic signature I need to learn how to program to use other than SEND MAIL.
But .. but if I script to send an EXPORT I can click an option to "create an email . . .". I cannot script the **TO** , or the **SUBJECT** , or the **BODY,** but it will format at HTML.
With version 3, when I started I had a 12" monitor. Now I work with two 24" monitor. But the layout drop-down is still FIXED to a small size for 12" monitor. Not draggable. The window for the Manage Database can be expanded by "pulling" the sides to fill the screen. But there is no WINDOW control to maximize.
I wanted to install version 26 to test and explore. I was "warned" there is a prior version that needs to be uninstalled. Apparently only on Window 11 system. OOPs. I am not uninstalling my working system.
I have a Win11 Microsoft table i use at lunch. I tried to install there, but got missing \*DLL files. So no go on that. FileMaker is secondary to my accounting duties. Great "testing" to get the version out.
But "AI" is the focus.
