# Is FMP site down?

Can't get to FMP community site. Anyone else or just me? (we did lose Internet yesterday so there could be something going on on my side.)

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at [community.claris.com](http://community.claris.com).

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

```
Try again later.
Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.
```

Major outage. FedEx down along with others.

Works for me. I am in the eastern part of Canada. Tried with (Chromium) Edge and Chrome on Windows 10.

The issue may be specific to specific regions.

Yeah, it came back up shortly.
