Hello soup community,

Does anyone have any experience with underscore abbreviated fields (e.g. \_ID).

It this going to be an issue while accessing data using SQL and ODBC ? How does the field need to be escaped in the external system ?

Hi,

you need to quote the table or fields names when they contain characters not allowed. For example you would use "\_IDxxx".

Hi @planteg

Great, that’s what I suggested as well. Thank you for contributing.
