Hello everyone. We hope the fall is beautiful in your corner of the world. The soup has tidied up a bit: the channels plugins and for-profit products have been removed from the Resources section. A new section, Products, plugins & apps has been created. If you develop one of those, let us know and we will create a spot for it in that new section.
We are now 273 members. Several highly regarded people in the ecosystem have joined, and shared their knowledge. The highly informative and interesting conversations that ensued are a treat for us all.
I'm not going to post monthly stats, they are as healthy as they were, with indicators of the same consistent growth we have experienced in the last 16 months.

Of course, membership is free for everyone. We are also committed to keeping it uncluttered and ad free.
The soup is based on the awesome, free and open source platform “Discourse”.
Hosting (including emailing and pages views) is currently setup managed and monitored 24/7 by Discourse.org The cost for this service is currently 100 USD monthly. Once fmsoup.org gets incorporated and registered as a not-for-profit, this amount will drop to 50 USD per month.
These costs have been graciously paid for by volunteers since the beginning.
We are all invited to contribute. You can contribute by participating great content, and also, by volunteering to sponsor a month of hosting ($100).
