Yeah, I keep going back to the cartoon above.

With ~20 employees working on the system, each clicking the button dozens of times a day, the ROI makes it well-worth at least a few weeks of my time to avoid that extra click, and updating the navigation even the way I do is MUCH less work than that (maybe an hour or two a year). I'd much rather than than a card or other pop-up solution that requires extra clicking or hidden navigation that's going to distract the teachers from their actual jobs.

About the cartoon... I think the yearly column needs to be adjusted. From my experience, you need to add anyware from 15 min to an hour of fumbling to find the process steps cheat sheet as people tend to forget how to do things done that seldomly. 😉
