The Base Elements Plugin change log refers to a “pro version.” Is there now more than one version of the plugin?
There has been a Pro version for a while. See BaseElements | The database for your database
The free version is available on GitHub BaseElements-Plugin/docs/README.md at master · GoyaPtyLtd/BaseElements-Plugin · GitHub for those wondering where to find it.
I’m using both already, but as far as I know there’s only one version of the plugin. I think Goya may be referring to plugin changes for FMP versus FMS.
Edit: Looks like there’s a separate version of the plugin for servers.
By the way, Goya has two completely different products called “Base Elements.” One is a paid analysis tool and the other is a free plugin. My original question referred to the plugin.
Hi all, only just discovered the fmsoup... Yes, BE plugin has a pro version. I'll write up a heap more about this soon, but two ways to get the pro version : become a sponsor or compile it yourself ( seriously not that hard any more, ask me for help if you want ).
I'm hoping to encourage more people to help contribute to the code with this.
Cheers,
Nick
