When I make a new database and look for add-ons, I get 9 JavaScript based add-ons presented. And below 11 table add-ons. Where are the others?

Maybe those from the marketplace meant? Add-ons - Claris Marketplace
Yes, there are 40 in the market place.
Maybe they count them for the 35 in the email.

I think so, they include a link directly to the marketplace at the bottom of the Add-ons window.
