Has anyone seen issues with Copy All Records when running on Claris Cloud hosting?
The users privilege set has export records privileges and full menus, so they should be able to Copy All Records. As admin I'm able to do it. I can't see what's stopping them from getting the same functionality.

Well, they're doing this manually. It's not scripted so 
Originally they didn't have export privileges, so the lack of access to the menu made sense. Now that I've upped their privileges I expected the menu item to be available.
Anything on the layout from a related table they perhaps don't have privileges to view, or from a file where they don't have export rights ?

There are only two files, they have read/write in all tables in both files, and ALL menu access in both. There's nothing that I can see stopping them.
I've placed a button onto the layout that will export the data when they need it, so they're not stuck.
