Help Needed: FileMaker 19.6.3 – Vendor Access via WebDirect

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a FileMaker solution for a Radio Management System on FileMaker Server 19.6.3. The setup has three end users: two internal users with the same level of access, and one external user (a vendor) who needs to connect through WebDirect.

My question: What is the best way to configure and secure external access for the vendor via WebDirect?

Any guidance, best practices, or recommended configurations would be greatly appreciated.

Use the security mechanisms for users and groups. They work in WebDirect, the same as they do when using FileMaker client.
