Native FM is switching layout after layout, manually. Maybe there exists an external tool that can automate the tedious task.

not AFAIK - at least not ‘nativ’.

With fm 18, there was the ‘export as xml’ introduced. Maybe, a future version can do it the opposite way - let’s You edit the xml and build a new file with tha altered xml…

Use a macro tool for these jobs. It is a shame that FMP doesn’t have script steps that allow us to modify UI elements.

Indeed, it can get frustrating when hacking becomes common means to do things…

BE plugin allows you to do some schema stuff using SQL.
