New Layout - Placing ALL DB fields and Label in a bulk move

In FM Pro 12 previously moved entire DB Field listing from 'Specify Field' window onto blank Layout. Result was listing of Field Label Name with adjacent values of a given record.

Unable to do this in FM Pro 18 or 19. 'Specify Field' window will not allow selection of more than 1 Field at a time (rather than selection of a range of fields) regardless of any key combination attempted.
I must be missing something, any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Use the field panel (left side panel) in layout mode instead of the manage database dialogue box.
