Copying and moving fields often brings up unneeded dialogs

IDK if this is a setting, or a "feature" or a bug or what... but it used to be when I option-dragged a field it just copied that field. Now it brings up a dialog to let me select which field. The old behavior was much preferred.

In addition, for some reason when I just move a single field "sometimes" (maybe 20% of the time) it brings up the dialog allowing me to change what field I'm moving.

Do these things happen to others? Is there a fix/workaround? Could this be due to a plugin (I have 2Empower and MBS installed)

I have the same behavior under macOS Ventura with FM19 and FM21.
I think this is nothing new. If you drag a single field without a label, the dialog is displayed. If you drag more than one object at a time, then no dialog is displayed.

EDIT: With FM18 it's the same. So this seems to be the normal behaviour.
