802 Error

Can anyone shed any light as to reasons I would see a 802 error (Unable to open file) when refreshing a fmdata authentication API token for an open file?

Just in case you ask… credentials are okay. This error clears up when I close then reopen the database engine. I would just rather not have to do this on a daily basis.

Since the database engine goes bananas, is there anything in the logs close to the time of the failed token refreshing ? It could be anything not closely related to what you are doing, making debugging a real pain.

It can be a hardware failure, like a cable, network interface, etc. Maybe OS logs either on the server or client computer can show something.

Also, maybe known issues with FMS can give a hint.

I hope you will find the answer sooner than later.

Nothing out of the ordinary in the other logs. Hardware and software stacks are behaving normally.

I kind of hope this is a known FMS issue I am unaware of. It would certainly make my life easier.
