It is time. Our community is 71 members strong. It is now time to formalize things such as name, the form of entity, the funding to keep the site up.
The meeting will be held this week, either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. It is quite complicated to coordinate across 5 time zones so please vote your favorite schedule and impossible ones so that I can do my best to find the most agreable to everyone.
Voting for the schedule will close Monday 22:00 Toronto time. An email confirming the date, time and a link to attend the live web meeting will be sent on Tuesday 9:00 Toronto time.
