Claris Cloud and Claris Connect Support

Looking for support links on the Claris web site gives the impression that support is only available Mon-Fri during business hours. However Claris Cloud and Claris Connect are Infrastructure as a Service and both have 24 / 7 support.

From the web page below they say:

Customer Support teams are available for FileMaker Cloud and Claris Connect 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. (support is provided in English).

It's the chat that is available during workdays. I guess that means a human is behind the chat, unless AI has negotiated....

The chat line is for any question, any topic. The 24/7 service is reserved for Connect and Claris Cloud
