Looking for support links on the Claris web site gives the impression that support is only available Mon-Fri during business hours. However Claris Cloud
and Claris Connect
are Infrastructure as a Service and both have 24 / 7 support.
From the web page below they say:
Customer Support teams are available for FileMaker Cloud and Claris Connect 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. (support is provided in English).
