This is bizarre. I received an email labelled confidential about the leadership update. Can someone at Claris (@tylerfuhrman13, @RosemaryTietge or anyone else) clear up why we are being asked to keep public information confidential?
It's on their website, so quite public.

It does seem odd. I also received the confidential email. It occurred to me that a company has an obligation to make this information public.
By law, an incorporation cannot run headless, without a CEO.
