I was doing some research about SaaS and IPaaS and stumbled on this Cloud service. I thought it might be of interest for EU members.
This already disqualifies for EU rules and EU sentiments where your data 'must not leave the country'.
As the Swiss Federal Data Protection Agency (Eidg. Datenschutzbeauftragter) once told me regarding this kind of services: "With this case, you could also just lay a data backbone to the NSA:"
