In a few weeks, the.fmsoup.org will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board wants to give you the opportunity to propose amendments or additions to the bylaws for discussion and vote during the AGM.
The fmsoup’s bylaws are attached to this post.
You can submit suggestions for additions or amendments to these bylaws via email to secretary@fmsoup.org before 23:00 UTC on January 27, 2022.
An invitation to the AGM will be sent to all members via email in the next days.
