We have a web direct solution with the server in a major datacenter in London. When accessed from staff members homes, the performance is pretty good. When accessed from inside their corporate network ( an education institute) the performance is so bad that requests to switch layout sometimes time out and the user is left with a blank screen. It is as if the web direct connection is being severely throttled.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where we should look for the problem?
Also posted in Claris community as we are completely bemused as til what might be causing this issue and are hoping for a solution quickly as this is a major issue for the customer.
