Interesting: almost 30% of the responses come from Germany, Switzerland and Austria (D-A-CH). Just behind the US (about 44%).
One could say that closing down their office in Germany along with firing their German customer support engineer in 2019 (before we ever heard of Covid) was a well-aimed shot in their own foot.
