Hello Everyone,
We are looking for volunteers for an assignment that will last one month or less.
We are about to form a Nominating Committee. Its purpose is to propose a slate of nominees to fill vacant positions on the Board of Directors. The job of committee members is to seek potential nominees and to explain the duties of a Director, to illustrate the typical workload of a Director, to answer questions and to secure their consent.
