I have to mention that the shortcuts I use are the ones that naturally fit to my native language German. ^W for Werteliste - in English Value List. English speakers will probably better choose appropriate shortcuts for their language.
Use these characters for the modifier keys:
Command: @
Shift: $
Control: ^
Option: ~
