When printing a list view, why is there grey under my content

I'm sure there's a setting I just can't find, but I keep ending up with grey under my list view when printing. What am I missing?

Have you tried clicking past the right margin of your layout to select the "Layout Background" and change the "Fill" attribute?

If you click on the "..." of the matching post, you should see a checkbox with the label "Solution" next to it.
