Are Inner Shadows Banned on iOS?

I want to have a strong border on round cornered buttons that sit separately. I'm using inner shadow to create the border on these buttons. It displays on the desktop, but not on iOS. Has anyone else noticed this?

You reference the document for FMGO13 which is pretty old. Is it still true today ?

The screen shot for iOS taken on an iPad Pro (11 inch) 3rd gen, running iOS 15.4.1 and FileMaker Go v19.5.1.31, so I'm pretty sure it's true today.
