There aren't any. You set it as part of the install process. Same with the pw reset PIN.

thanks - apparently the prompt has been missed or didn't occur on install .. trying again ..

You may need to press y for yes, then zero for a normal server, then enter your user name followed by twice the password.

I once pressed 1 for the server question and later had to deinstall and restart the installation.

if you use the FM documentations way you are directed to using the assisted install file. There everything is set and can afterwards be copied to some documentation/backup space. That was pretty easy and convenient to use because you don't have to type your credentials every second ...minute or so.
